1. We really appreciate the Knoxvile News Sentinel and Amy McRary for coming out and doing a great job on the article. We're not looking to be famous, but hopefully being in the paper will help us connect with some people that need our help and wouldn't know about us otherwise.
2. I hope no one gets the wrong impression about us taking donations. We want to do the best job we can for our clients, and we need equipment that would help that we simply can't budget. Any donations that anyone offers us go straight into the new equipment fund. We never charge anyone for an investigation, and we certainly don't solicit any client for donations. None of us are trying to make money on this, period.
3. It might have sounded like we take an unscientific approach to things. We don't. Like we always say, our number one goal is to help the client, and we'll do anything we can to do that. However, we use the same EMF meters, IR cameras, thermometers, etc. as any other paranormal research group and we approach the investigation in a scientific manner. We have as a group over 25 years of combined experience. Unlike a lot of groups, though, any evidence we gather is simply to help us help you. We're not looking to impress any scientists or prove anything to anyone. The main thing is, at the end of the night, if we haven't found any evidence, we're not going to denounce your home as "unhaunted" unless we find the source for what's been troubling you. If you say you've got activity, we're not going to discount your story. People are smart enough to know when they've seen or heard something out of the ordinary.
